How it benefited them

The scope of our assignment was to go through the Discovery Phase with Alliander, where we demonstrated best practices for future processes in Fiori. This provided
valuable insights and input for outlining requirements in the next (Explore) phase.

• It allowed Alliander to transition smoothly to the next phase; they're familiar with the new system's capabilities.

• Input for a future-proof financial data model using our SMART Enterprise Structure and SMART Finance Foundation accelerators. In the final report, we laid out the guidelines, rationale, and naming conventions for each data item.

How we achieved it together

An important success factor was our Experience Tour through the processes for smooth monthly closures. This enables Alliander to completely focus on wants and needs for the next project phase; after all, they're already familiar with the tool and processes. Another important advantage of these Tours is that we're bringing people in at an early stage. It built a solid foundation for successful change management at Alliander.
