WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

As Dutch people and customers work in a Dutch time zone, you may therefore also be asked to work in this time zone (but we can generally be flexible with the amount of days and which days). As a SuccessFactors consultant you’ll help McCoy’s international customers together with your Dutch McCoy colleagues to solve their SuccessFactors related HRIT challenges. This could therefore vary from handling SuccessFactors support requests, analysis & improvements to current SuccessFactors environments, Data Migrations from legacy environments towards SuccessFactors, to performing a customer facing role where you implement an SAP SuccessFactors module. The role does not assume that you must do all of these things as we also want to align the projects and activities to your needs, but the role at least requires you to be able to (re)configure a SuccessFactors Module and to be eager to learn more modules. If there are modules you would like to learn and may not be proficient at, your McCoy colleagues are more than happy to help you get experience with those.

• For the role of SuccessFactors consultant, we are at least looking for the following:
  Certified for at least 1 SuccessFactors Module (ideally Employee Central or Time Off, but we are open to those certified to other modules to apply)

• At least implemented 1 module for a customer or 2 years of experience as Functional Application Support for a customer’s SuccessFactors environment (if you have no certificate, but have considerable experience with configuring SuccessFactors this is also acceptable)

• Willing to learn more SuccessFactors Modules

• Able to speak, write and understand English

• (not required, but would be great +) Able to speak, write and understand Dutch

WHO ARE YOU?

As we have a lot of Dutch consultants, apart from being knowledgeable in at least 1 SuccessFactors module, we are looking for candidates that are willing to learn the Dutch culture and the (a bit of the) language as this helps us both to understand each other better and thereby help our customers better. We believe in being open and continuous improvement, which means that we’ll give you feedback if we think things can be done (even) better, but we also hope you can give us feedback if you think we could be doing something (even) better. Our candidate ideally is an analytical person that likes to get to the bottom of the challenges our customers are facing and that is able to provide solutions. Although you may be asked to directly answer questions about SuccessFactors, we are looking for someone that is willing to think with the customer. This means that our ideal candidate doesn’t just want to do what’s asked, but is willing to raise questions to challenge the requests of the customer and potentially come up with different solutions than then customer is directly asking if they might serve the customer even better. If you’re not comfortable to do that directly with a customer yet, that is no problem, but we’d like you to at least raise such feedback with us.
