SAP QM/EHS Consultant

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

The person hired for the position of QM/EHS Consultant will be responsible for the design and implementation of SAP Quality Management (QM) and SAP Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) software. This position requires knowledge and expertise with deploying SAP QM and EHS modules. The person hired for the position of QM/EHS Consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, configuration and design of the SAP QM/EHS system, and support deployments from blueprint through hypercare.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Design, create, and document SAP QM/EHS applications and functionality in support of Supply Chain functions in different businesses. This includes full lifecycle deliverables from Blueprinting to Deployment.

• Support deployments in terms of configuration, functional design, process standardization, training and go live support.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or closely related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience working as QM/EHS Consultant

• Have at least 2 QM/EHS Full-cycle implementation as the functional lead

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Quality Management / Environmental Health and Safety business process requirements and challenges and must be able to translate them into IT functional solutions.

• End-to-end process knowledge and integration points with different SAP modules.

• Possess advanced configuration skills in Quality Management and Environmental Health and Safety, including experience in basic Authorization Management.

• Can work independently in QM/EHS space with minimal supervision and is able to mentor Junior team members

• Ability to work across a highly matrixed organization to accomplish goals

• Should possesses strong understanding of application development and system design

• Good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills to objectively understand an issue and negotiate a resolution

• Experience with Lean/Agile methodology
