Responsible for completing project deliverables such as: Business Blueprint, Functional Specifications, System Configuration, Testing, User Training, Migration, Go-Live support, and other necessary documentations.
Perform a variety of activities to understand business requirements and to be able to translate them into a solution using SAP. This includes but not limited to the following: requirements gathering workshops, process mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, site visits, etc.
Provide guidance on the use of best practices and global standards to achieve simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Work with Business counterparts to understand their requirements and their incidents/questions to give them timely application support.
Conduct presentations to audiences of different levels in the client organization on a variety of subjects/topics.
Communicate with colleagues and clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner. Work in a team environment with different individuals from different SAP Modules, especially those modules with integration to EWM.
Ability to accurately scope tasks and estimate timelines for different activities related to EWM.
In addition, this position will allow the individual to utilize his/her skills and experience by working with other consultants, build on his/her background, and contribute to organization’s successes.
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or any related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 4 years of experience working as an EWM/WM Consultant
Minimum of 2 full-cycle of WM or 1 EWM full-cycle implementation as functional lead
Familiarity on the different implementations of EWM (decentralized & embedded)
Can work independently in the EWM area with minimal supervision
Experience with setting up RF scanners, label design, and printer setup is strongly preferred
Equipped with strong communication skills (written & verbal) to handle meetings and correspondences with cross-functional audience.
Must have a strong knowledge on warehouse and distribution processes, and an understanding of the end-to-end business process of source to pay.
Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP, QM, PM,).
